Go to Yahoo Site Explorer and use the “linkdomain:” tag before entering your website URL. Also you can add a minus sign after this and a URL to make the results omit links from that site. 

A good example is: 

linkdomain:cheese.com -cheese.com -cheese.co.uk 

This will show links to the domain “cheese.com” and omit and links generated from the internal domain or it’s .co.uk one (if duplicate content is an issue).
